Background[]
Whippersnapper is a sentient god and is the assumed counterpart of Whirligig. They are a shapeshifter. Able to shapeshift to any person that the person can request, can be from their structure or even their voice by their tuba. Their tuba isn't like a normal tuba. Instead of words, they express heartfelt sentiments through notes. They try to relate to someone as much as they can, even though they can stare at them trying to understand what they're saying. They play the tuba as a way to send a message of comfort.
They love christmas :D
When they come up to a person, they might find themselves puzzled or even confused—they play three whimsical notes on their tuba, as if to say something profound. Handing you a joint, and with just that simple act, the person feels a mixture of confusion. It’s as though they’ve shared a small piece of themselves with you as a reminder.
