History[]
She used to be part of a government project that drained powers from angelic beings (which ended up killing them). to use them for soldiers and also for general warfare. Vinny became against this and modified her own body to stop the project from going any further. Now she's like a menace none (not even the government) wants to deal with anymore LOL. She creates robots as she pleases now!
