History

Around June-November 2019, work was started on an unofficial Windows100%-like issue by InochiPM.

In March 2020 an unofficial fan project by InochiPM called UTAU100% was finalized and released. Parodying the Windows100% special issues, it is series of free e-book issues containing tips and tricks for UTAU and showcasing western UTAU. The first book released was UTAU Starter Pack ~Overseas Edition~ and it included 10 voicebanks sampled from various people around the internet to create a colorful collection of new characters.

While the 3rd book, HANASU 4 VCVC User Guide, released on December 2020, did not contain any voicebanks, the 2nd book, UTAU Super M@STER was announced on November 2021 and is planned to have UTAU bundled, similar to the 1st issue. 8 Female and 2 Male voicebanks with a total of 10 are planned. Development is currently in progress.

InochiPM has also expressed interest in releasing an UTAU100% UTAU every month similar to Windows100's serial releases.
