Kouhei obviously is a Japanese name and we do not use small character of い/イ for this name and other Japanese names.
The fact is that small characters in あ line (five vowels) appear only in adopted words. Damesukekun 23:55, February 9, 2010 (UTC)

- sighs* ok ok...i know japanese ive been taking it for 4 years...what much of a diffrence does it make to have a ィ in the name? it just makes it stand out from the rest of the names. makes it Unique...you know...something that will become harder and harder to come by?
