Taiyoukei Erika (太陽系エリカ) is a voicebank for the UTAU program.

Development[]

Taiyoukei Erika was developed by Applesauce666 by recording her voice samples to be compatible for the singing voice synthesis software UTAU, allowing her to sing. During the early stages of development, Taiyoukei Erika was originally going to have a Wolf Cut (haircut) haircut and Elf ears. However, Applesauce666 decided not to include this because it did not fit with Erika's personality.

  • Past ideas that never followed up...
  • Until, 2021: the beginning of Applesauce666’s development and the creation of (Monya Fusaka) Taiyoukei Erika…

2023 - 2024[]

  • May 21st 2023, Applesauce666 originally named Erika “Monya Fusaka”, but later changed it as the name didn’t feel right for her.[1] They were also dissatisfied with how she sounded, describing the pronunciation as often delayed or too harsh.
  • A couple weeks later, Applesauce666 recorded her voice using OREMO, aiming for a softer tone and a more natural delivery. Erika’s default voicebank was then developed to include subfolders for both soft (囁エクストラ) and harsh (囁ちゃん) variations. She was the first voicebank Applesauce666 created before refining her into the version currently in use. In addition to this, Applesauce666 also created Soft Taiyoukei Erika to make her voice more accessible and easier to use when a gentler tone is needed.

  • September 1st 2024, Applesauce666 commissioned ShiroYariss[3] a request to re-draw their original artwork of Taiyoukei Erika.

2025 - Current[]

  • February 7th 2025, Applesauce666 then commissioned Mikazon001[4] to illustrated both Taiyoukei Erika Default and Taiyoukei Erika Soft.
  • June the 21nd and 23rd 2025, Applesauce666 edited and finished the official website where Erika's voicebanks is available to download.[5] The website is now live on Google!
  • September 2025, Applesauce666 made a VCCV English voicebank, default Erika, not released yet.

  • Taiyoukei Erika's MikuMikuDance was originally created by Applesauce666. On January 14th 2025, Applesauce666 commissioned Petryyv[7] to upgrade Taiyoukei Erika's MikuMikuDance model. Which can be downloaded here!!
  • May 27th 2025, made it 2024, Applesauce666 remade Erika's (unreleased) Project DIVA Model. Erika's old model.
  • January 8th 2026, Applesauce666 commissioned Kris[8] to created Erika's official Project DIVA Model. (Not yet released for the public.)

  • Type: UTAUloid.
  • Name: Taiyoukei (太陽系) - Solar System. Erika (エリカ)/(英梨佳) - A female given name
  • Nickname: Eri (襟) - collar, to expose.
  • Other: TSE-0014 (product code) - TS (Taiyoukei), E (Erika), 0014 (Symbolise the brightest stars/creative significance).
  • Birthday: April 17th.

Personality[]

  • Erika is restless, she moves before she thinks and speaks with unfiltered enthusiasm. She greets every moment as a new frontier, eager to leap and test her own limits. Emotionally, she prefers breadth over depth, chasing ideals and fresh experiences rather than lingering on past hurts or hidden feelings. Erika is chatty and unpredictable, drawing people in with her quick wit and genuine curiosity.
  • In relationships, she is bold and sincere, never afraid to make the first move or speak her mind. Underneath her fiery surface lies a quiet purpose: she believes that movement and experimentation are the truest paths to discovery.

  • Hair: Very Long silver/white twin plaits.
  • Eye color: Teal.

  • Outfit: Erika has two outfits.
  • Main concept (Act 1): Sleeveless black cropped top with a semicircle hole, made out of a soft fabric layer (plus ..recording layer 0.. , recording layer 1…); on the back of Erika’s top is a drive motor, lens system, and tracking mechanisms. (Plus the small CD on the left similar to Hatsune Miku’s Factory Tyrant) Around her collar is a black tie; black shorts with gold and brown around the bottom, a brown belt around the waist, black knee-high stockings, brown thigh-high boots, can be seen wearing a blue/purple “cape” with a gold design hanging down from the belt. Also can be seen wearing long black baggy sleeves that reach to her fingers, and, a headset, with no microphone; round sliver earpiece with a mint-coloured, blade shaped piece rising out of it. (Originally to represent the default/rock side to Erika while her face is represented by her softer/cuter voice.)
  • 2nd concept (Act 2): White holographic bodysuit, made out of polycarbonate substrate layer (..recording layer 0.. recording layer 1…); a semi-transparent reflective layer. Flair style bottom, tall heeled boots. Thick black straps, with blue / teal wires within, around Erika’s legs and on collar. Her sleeves are long and baggy but they do not cover her fingers. On top, there’s teal; grey circles and teal sparkles. Erika’s face wears a blue translucent rectangle monocle and Erika has two clips in the right side of her bang. Nails are glitter teal. Originally. Applesauce666 had an idea of Erika wearing a skirt over the bodysuit.
