About: A character from InochiPM's UTAU 100% Overseas Starter Pack series featuring voicers outside of Japan. Shion Magi's design was adopted from SashaStub and was used for the voicebank. No set personality has been assigned to her, but upon looking at the PDF that describes the character there is a quote that might hint towards her personality. It reads as follows: "Split down the middle, her aloof personality will charm!" It can be implied that Shion is aloof.
Outfit: White pleated skirt with pink trim, white sleeveless shirt with a heart-shaped cut out on the chest, white stockings with small crosses/plus signs on the sides and a dark pink bow, pink shoes, and a long pink-striped scarf with a ruffled heart-shaped pattern cut out at the end of it.
Hair: Evenly split pink and white twin-tails held together by pink hair ties.
Eyes: Black with neon-pink glowing crosses.
