Sally-chan lives in North Carolina with her dad and Grandfather. Her favorite food is Noumici. Sally-Chan is clumsy and falls over a lot. She's accident prone and gets hurt a lot.
People seem to constantly mistake her for Frenzy from Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion. This upsets her. She is very afraid of insects, her least favorite being Palmetto Bugs. Being from North Carolina, however, they are everywhere.
She's very self centered and likes to steal.
She's also very spoiled, which is why she steals.
Her favorite song is ryo - ワールドイズマイン

V1 and V2 were hei_zou's first attempt at an UTAU voicebank. REDUX was a rerecorded version of Sally-Chan, with many corrections. V3 was a RE-OTOED version, and V4 added support for non-Japanese sounds.
