Background[]
Sycamore's programming leaves him devoid of any positive or compassionate feelings but instead consumed by a colorless apathy and neutral disposition. He does not possess an emotional core of any sort.
As a result of his towering stature and enigma-like behavior, he strays away from civilization, oftentimes wandering the countryside, staying in forests and mountains, where he strikes Sycamore in the hearts of those who stumble upon him. He goes to great lengths to avoid him and his wife being followed or seen, even resorting to taking lives to maintain secrecy, so that they may not trace his location or notify anyone. Many have attempted to film him, or take photos of him, but he is hyper-perceptive of his surroundings, always able to notice when someone is following him or observing him from a distance. The very slim few who have bore witness to this mechanical monstrosity are rarely believed, as proof of him is scant. Due to this, the lack of concrete evidence has led many to dismiss him as nothing more than a hoax or an internet horror story, further perpetuating the mystery surrounding his existence. Sycamore possesses a keen ability to control metals and electronics. His extraordinary abilities to manifest pulse waves have left scientists both fascinated and perplexed. Despite the detection of radio waves emitted by the android, they have been unable to provide a concrete explanation for their origin, as no known earthly source matches their nature. The android's powers continue to intrigue researchers as they strive to understand this otherworldly phenomenon.
The scientist had experimented on dozens of individuals to perfect the transfer of a human body into android or mecha. He had found that transferring a human's body or mind into an android or mecha would always be far superior than inventing an android on its own. Sycamore had been the best to adjust, losing all of his humanity and becoming a cynical, pessimistic war-machine hell-bent on destruction.
But for Sycamore and his wife Anemone, their love persevered through the bounds of their torture. Sycamore was the fiercest of physical beings, who would at times threaten his own creator, and yet around Anemone, he would become delicate and protective. The most intriguing and sorrowful factoid that the scientist was never able to properly grasp is how the two would cling to each other and at times, weep through the suits. Anemone was not nearly as strong as Sycamore, as she was created to be a companion to keep Sycamore in line and to have a duo. But the two never left each other's sides, even in death. And despite their robotic movements, Anemone regularly crawls or falls into the arms of Sycamore, laying her head against his neck and clinging onto him for dear life.
Beyond the bounds of their duties, Anemone never leaves Sycamore's side, and Sycamore's own directions are overrode by his innate desire to protect and look after her, now and always, so that no one may hurt her in the same inhumane and grotesque ways he witnessed before their ends.

Sycamore is a mechanical amalgamation, made of rust and age-old materials. His origins are unclear, and his presence is steeped in mystery and intrigue. He is a terrifying being of destruction, eliciting fear in any who are unfortunate enough to cross paths with him, or those idiotic enough to willingly do so. Weighing five tons, Sycamore has a tremendous, thunderous and near-Godly stomp with his footsteps.
