Roze Puru is a sweet, bubbly Android. She is friendly to a fault, but is a little shy around strangers. To those who are close with her, they see an excitable, almost childish side of her. She has a zest for life and will do the best she can to cheer up a sad friend. Whether it is sharing a sweet treat, a hug, or a plushy from a crane game, she will do everything in her power to make them smile once more.
Built in a lab much like her counterpart/competitor(formally) Shinrai, she was meant to simulate a human being. Purple Corp had set out originally to make a virtual idol, but felt that fans would want something tangible. So, the idea of making her a robotic body was formed. They wanted to be the first to create such a technology in their universe, that they stole plans from the competition: Yamato Labs.
However, the company's plans fell through when said lab was caught on fire. Starting from scratch, they managed to create Rozaria. Her data was corrupted and this caused her personality to flip. She was depressed and sung at a low tone, which would ruin their image if she were to have been released to the public. So, they had decided upon gathering more data and built Roze.
Pouring all of their funding into the project, they had went bankrupt and pushed her to be a lovable idol. Which worked, but Roze felt overworked. She confided in one of the head scientists of the project and asked if she could go into hiding. They agreed and staged a malfunction, causing a halt to their plans. Purple Corp(now the Murasaki Foundation) found out about this plan and fired said scientist. With her only ally gone, she fell into disrepair. The founder of the new company (Abigale Murasaki) saw how heartbroken she had become and treated her like a daughter up until her death at age 75.
Now out on her own, she met up with Shinrai and the pair became fast friends, sharing their love of music. Roze has a better outlook on life and visits the Murasaki Foundation just to check on Rozaria.

- Originally Roze was supposed to have a design that mimicked Vocaloids such as Hatsune Miku, but it was later changed as she developed.
