Kenta Rültej (Kenta Roru, Roru) (ろる) is a voicebank for the UTAU program.
History[]
The first recorded concept for the character dates to early 2021 (date unknown), under a different name. The second adaptation, 'Shine Roru,' dates back to June 3rd, 2021.
Concept[]
Roru is a laid-back, giggly, immature singer, drummer and bassist.

Character details[]
- Description: Fair-skinned with vitiligo that covers most of the right side of his face. His eyes are a soft blue, which turn a golden-yellow color when aggravated. His hair is a soft, salmon-ish orange-y rust color, with a cream-white streak from the vitiligo in the front. He has deep stretch marks, mostly running up his back. He has disfigurement and scarring on his left knee. His hands and feet sport gray-ish claws.
- Outfit: His outfit choices are pretty flexible, but he's usually seen wearing cargo pants, sweats, or shorts paired with a large tee or muscle top. He doesn't really wear anything form-fitting or constricting. Usually, his hair is put in a braid, but when it's not, it can be in a bun or laid down.
- Likes: Loves creating music, performing, overall silly shenanigans
- Dislikes: Dislikes those with bigoted views, needles, formal settings, serious tension

He has a Shiba Inu named Hachi, who is his service dog.
