About: A character from InochiPM's UTAU 100% Overseas Starter Pack series featuring voicers outside of Japan. Romippoid's design is both gothic and punk with red and black as the primary color scheme. She has no set personality, and her entry on the PDF states: "She's a rock, gothic gal with a dark voice!" This quote does not describe or hint towards her personality. However, the actress she shares a name with has had roles involving calm, tough, mature and are often prodigies in their stories. It might hint towards her canon personality, but to be safe it is best to leave interpretation up to the viewer.
Outfit: A black shirt that bares her midriff with safety pins on the right, a red undershirt, red shorts with half of a pleated black skirt with red underneath, gingham red and black wrist sleeves, black stockings with red garters and black ribbons running through them, a small, red hat with a black bow, and black heels adorned with gingham red and black bows to match her sleeves.
