PERSONALITY: Utakawa Rina is an energetic and very straight forward person and can be a bit of an airhead at times thus what she says may hurt people but she doesn't realise it. Despite that, she is a kind and friendly girl. She is friends with Yamada Rei, but has absolutely no idea she is in the way of Rei's yandere crush on Shun. She treats Utawara Hibiki like a little sister, but is a little concerned about her tomboyish behaviour.

Voice Configuration

Rina's ACT1 VB is CV. It is encoded in Romaji with Kana alias.

ACT2 is a VCV VB with CV alias that supports both Romaji and Kana.

ACT2.5 is a remake of ACT2. It is of higher quality and the voice more singing-like.

Rina only supports Japanese language for now,  but has an English VB in progress, and a Chinese voice bank planned for her.

You may pair her up with any UTAU, but NO relationships should be offical.

Can be used without permission from the creator.

Make sure to credit the creator.

Do not making a character based on her without the creator's permission.

Change of appearance is allowed, as long as she is still recognisable.

No roleplaying without the creator's permission.

Adult fanarts and such are allowed, but please don't make it too extreme.

Trivia

• The relationship between Rina and Shun are not definite. However, they can be called "Utakawa twins" for sake of simplicity.
• Despite the similarities with the Vocaloid Yuzuki Yukari, Rina was not inspired by Yukari in any way.
• Her birthday was not the day she was released, but the day her first design was released.
• The correct spelling for Rina's surname, 歌川, is actually Utagawa. But Utakawa is chosen to avoid confusion with real life people. However, calling her "Utagawa Rina" is acceptable as well.
