Nevermore is a voicebank for the UTAU program.
History
His story isn't much - he appeared from old lantern, which Evgraph brought into Shado. Lantern wasn't used for years, and was just a family relic. Due to is Nevermore wanted to stay connected to the family in which he "born", and suddenly copied appearance of younger son of Longshadows. After Evgraph's death family relationships were almost ruined, and Nevermore started to travel Cog all alone, helping lost souls to find right way or simply find a guide. One day he became a guide himself - he met Cassidy, and realized that he connected to her too strong.
Concept
Calm, sly, honest, prone to omission, plays the odds in his favor. He struggles with those who are kind anyways, finding them easy to tweak and manipulate to work in his favor; they sicken him. Why would anyone bend over backwards for anyone else when they know they'll get nothing in return? He can't wrap his head around it; never will. This isn't to say he's strictly terrible. He does most of his actions in an underhanded manner. You likely won't know what hit you until long after the fact. The way he speaks, he's one who can talk you into likely believing the water offered is wine. Mind games are his specialty, and expect it unless you've proven yourself similar to him or put yourself in his favor. As to whom he would choose to be with him until death - he's settled near ones who devoted his loyalty.
