Mizu Noko (水の子) is a voicebank for the UTAU program.

Growing up, Mizu’s life was far from ideal. Their father had left shortly before she was born, leaving just her and her mother. Despite the lack of money, her mother tried her hardest to take care of her and give her a decent childhood.
Mizu never asked for much, preferring to wander around the seaside over most other things. When times got hard for her, the sea would become her sanctuary—a place where she could go to drown out all of her thoughts and simply enjoy her own company.
Her mother didn’t like her going out so much. Mizu had a very weak immune system, which led her to get sick very often, and her clumsiness often left her scraped and bruised. Eventually, Mizu did end up getting very, very ill. Each visit to the clinic was a reminder of what they couldn’t afford. She was bedridden in her last few weeks, only being able to leave after making a request to her mother to go to the seaside one last time before she passed away. Her mother kept her promise, and the water was one of the last things she saw before it all went dark.
A water deity, Kurai Umi , saw what had happened. He had seen her a few times back when she was still healthy, and he pitied her. Their strong feelings were enough to revive Mizu as a water deity herself.
Being alive again, she felt better than ever. Although she was a little upset that she wouldn’t be able to physically age and “become an adult”, those feelings were quickly overshadowed.
Being unable to get sick or hurt anymore, they are slowly learning the ways of the water and what it means to live as something more than human.

- The name "Demetrius Demarcus Bartholomew James the Third" was also suggested when Mizu was first introduced to the VP's friends.
