- Mano is a prototype of an organic android. Her organic(animal) counterpart is a wolf.
- In the earlier stages of her creation, she had a severe malfunction that caused her to have to be repaired quickly. Now, the upper-left side of her body (face, neck, and shoulder) are put together with screws, taking away the realism to her synthetic skin.
- When malfunctioning, a light blue, synthetic liquid spills from her left eye and repaired panels (on left side of face).
- She prefers to crossdress.
