Lulus character design is not based on anybody. She has a Orange hair color and it is done in a ponytail. Her outfit is a shirt up to her torso. It has a hole in the middle on front and back, and has a skirt.

Lulu enjoys short skirts and shorts. She generally avoids pants and long dresses, but an exception is kimonos and tights/stockings. Lulu also enjoys making puppets of people she knows or met and making notes about them and attaching it to their puppet since she has a very bad memory.. Lulu is NOT a succubus. Lulu is a female UTAU of the Onsei Family. Other members of the family are Hisa, who is an unreleased UTAU, and Lulu's son and daughter. The father is Satoshi Tenshine. Her original name was Mulan Lulu , But the creator was not happy with the name so it was soon changed to Onsei Lulu and then to Natsune Lulu. Lulu has multiple friends, and her creator can be contacted via Deviant art (Lemondolly) or youtube ( UtauOnseiLulu). Lulu is very obnoxious and likes to have a good time. Her current best friends are Akita Melody and Kyoko Kamisune. Lulu is married to Satoshi Tenshine. Her favorite colors are purple, blue, pink, and yellow.
