Kriss Futarine (二人音クリス) is a character and a voicebank for the UTAU program.

History[]

Kriss is one of the first character produced for the FRAloids original series in 2010. He was the first UTAU produced in chronological order before the formation of the group, but was chosen to represent the fourth entry.

Kriss was original released in 2009, pre-FRAloids, under the name Chris Ogamine. He was later rebranded and re-released under his new name in July 2010

In 2010 Kriss received new voicebanks. Those voicebanks included

A French voicebank for his ACT2
a DARK Append and a SOLID Append.

In 2011 he received two other voicebanks.

A VCV voicebank for his ACT3
A French CV ADD-ON voicebank

In 2014 Kriss was re-released with a new design and artwork as part of the "FRAloids revision" operation. FRAloids Revision was an operation conducted for the 4th anniversary of FRAloids in order to rebrand and/or remaster some of the early FRAloids characters.

Concept[]

Kriss is a 16 years old boy. He is quite, polite and a friendly.

Etymology[]

Futarine (二人音) - means "sound of two people", This is a reference of the fact the Futarine family is voiced by the same 2 voice providers for all the characters.

Outfit - Grey-ish brown jacket, with orange shoulder plates and a black, grey and orange t-shirt.

Trivia[]

Kriss is the first UTAU produced for FRAloids.
- He is also the first UTAU produced in France
Kriss was originaly released as "Chris Ogamine" in 2009, prior to the creation of FRAloids.
- his surname, Ogamine, had no meaning.
- His older designs were mainly a recolored version of VOCALOID2 Len Kagamine's outfits.
Kriss is part of the original 5 FRAloids characters.
- The other are Trisha Miraion, Lucie Bakakoe, Evan Mogioto and Kelly Futarine
- Initially, FRAloids was only planed to feature those 5 characters
Kriss's identification number is FRA04b.
- Although he was the first UTAU produced, he recieved the fourth ID code to match the one from his siste Kelly.
Kriss is the counterpart of Kevin Futarine.
