Inuhebi is encoded in Kana, with the exception of certain sounds in the voicebank. He is designed for Japanese language only. He does not have phonemes for other languages, though some can be improvised, but with rough results. Western users must convert his voice data into Romaji to be usable; although, attention must be paid to his extra sounds. His voice data can be downloaded (and seems to be updated regularly) in the homepage "Inuhebi's Nest" here.
