Heccan (ヘッカン / hekkan) is a voicebank for the UTAU program created by Nexys4t now grouped under Nihilium Wave. She has an OpenUTAU official port.
Her distribution and pages were deleted for some time due to the author having certain real life problems. However, her distribution was resumed.

An angel whose beliefs and behavior made her pay the price of falling and obtaining the Deadly Sin of Greed. She is known as the judge of souls. She's blind, though she can see the souls and sins of those who surround her. Seems the adrenaline taken from her addictions made her into a really unstable person whose ideals are unclear, trying to drive everyone to play her games. Surprisingly enough, Heccan likes to do as her word says, but be careful for any legal void that she could take advantage of. It's unclear what her true self is. She might really be as a bad person as she makes everyone to believe, or she might be a better person than it looks.

Canon relationships from the universe Heccan belongs to:
- MEAST: Even if Heccan still tries to get Meast into her weird games, it's never going to work. Meast seems to despise Heccan.
- Nayela Aakiri: Heccan has no real interest in her, yet.
- Bakira: Heccan tried to trick Bakira into her wicked games... Glucagon did not like it. Bakira seems wary of Heccan since then.
- Glucagon: Absolute mutual hatred. However she seems to get along with VENT.
- SC-122-Sonia: Sonia is not interested in anything that Heccan is involved in, though the judge still tries.
Relationships that can be considered canon thanks to crossovers, due to the characters belonging to different universes. These relationships have been confirmed to be canon if a crossover were to happen, however this goes outside of their strict personal stories.
- Slice: They have knowledge of each other. Don't talk much.
- AZOA: His face of disgust will never leave his face if Heccan is around. That alone is enough to describe how much Heccan likes to be an annoyance to Azoa.

Heccan's voice is described as a versatile female voice with a certain neutral Spanish accent. Works best in a medium pitch and requires manual phoneme editing. Such phonemes are based on Nexys4t's Chance Reclist 2024 v2.4, wich uses Spanish sounds on a CVVC format to imitate Japanese, English and Spanish. You can also use it for conlangs.

Trivia[]
- Heccan does not have feet.
- Heccan is, canonically, from the horoscope of Libra.
- She seems to have an addiction to sweet foods. However, she won't admit such a thing.
- Concept artwork for Coupier exists, depicting a younger Heccan with feet and blue colored eyes, as well as some piece of lore that it is unconfirmed, but hinted to be canon.
- Heccan is heavily hinted to be bisexual or pansexual.
- The UTAU release uses the first icon for UTAU, while the OpenUTAU release uses the Judgement Append artwork and icon.
- However, the Judgement Append, despite being ready for release, became Lost Media and is unavailable for download.
- Heccan is the first UTAU voiced by Nexys4t to have a dedicated development time, including the Beta version of the Chance Reclist. The second UTAU to have such a dedicated development is AZOA and the third one is AC.
- Heccan recieved an updated voicebank to promote the 2.2 update of the reclist she pioneered.
- Eventually, she would be updated to promote the 2.4 update that included some vital missing phonemes from v2.2 and v2.3 of Chance 2024.
- The Chance Reclist receives such name because of Heccan, who was the first UTAU in using it.
- The Libra voicebank says her own name as the Sample that is played.
