  Mitsu's MATCHA Design

• Outfit: Sleeveless cream overcoat, black fingerless gloves, white boots, green shorts, black and green choker, black shirt with loose straps and a green undershirt. Mitsu also wears a black knee brace in all their current and future designs.

Mitsu is a humanoid machine of unknown origin that has been gifted with the ability of singing. After wandering and getting lost one day, they somehow succeeded in finding work at a small, rural teahouse managed by an elderly man they now affectionately refer to as 'Grandpa'. In return, the man gave them the name Mitsu Harucha and continued to let them stay with him.

Although they are a machine, Mitsu is known to always wear a knee brace on their right knee due to sustained damage that is unable to be permanently corrected. Unfortunately, they cannot remember what happened to cause it.

Despite this oddity, Mitsu likes to take long walks around the countryside, drink tea with their 'Grandpa' and sing to the animals they happen to find during their daily walks. They never travel outside without their Matcha-themed umbrella.

While Mitsu does not have a fully settled personality, it is suggested that they are rather forgetful, kind-hearted and cheerful. Users are actively encouraged to decide on Mitsu's personality based on their own preferences or current projects, so long as their decisions do not infringe upon any of the guidelines in Mitsu Harucha's Usage Clause.

MATCHA (抹茶) VOICEBANK

Matcha is a Native Tri-pitch VCV voicebank which features three different pitches. It also contains extra sounds for more varied vocal capabilities along with 4 voice samples, breath files, inhale/exhale files and unmarked artwork.

Through testing, it has been uncovered that the voicebank works well with most samplers and at current, it is recommended to use the default RESAMPLER.exe with the flags Y0H0B0g5.

This Voicebank is currently in progress and will be released in December 2020!

Usage Clause

Voice Related:

• Do not distribute any of Mitsu's voicebanks.
• Commercial usage of Mitsu's voicebanks is currently prohibited.
• Commercial usage of Mitsu's image/design is currently prohibited.
• Do not use any of Mitsu's voicebanks to violate laws, cause offence or to target people.

   This includes; (but is not limited to) hate speech, bullying and any form of discrimination.

• Any derivative work, such as pitching samples or creating an UTAUloid based on Mitsu's image, is not permitted.

  Downloading released covers and pitching them to change the voice before re-uploading them is prohibited.

Art/Character Related:

• Blood/Gore themes are allowed, within reason.
  • This rule mainly applies to projects and covers a user may be working on.
  • Do not portray Mitsu in overly gory or grotesque situations as this may make others uncomfortable.
  • Having Mitsu cover darker-themed songs is allowed, but please be mindful of other users/viewers.
  • Users are encouraged to include a warning/mature rating in their work.
• Using Mitsu in R+18 material is discouraged, but not prohibited.
  • Due to being a machine, Mitsu has 'Barbie Doll Anatomy' meaning they don't have the required 'equipment'.
    • If users do happen to create R+18 work with Mitsu, please be sure to include a mature rating.
