Fjord Donka (鈍歌フィヨードッ (ドンカ-フィヨードッ)) is a voicebank for the UTAU program.

Fjord was made as part of the Series 2 of UTAUPSS and was later confirmed to be a joke voicebank.
He was meant to appear as he was from somewhere far north; the fur jacket and his name- Fjord.

- Name: Donka (鈍歌) - blunt song. Fjord (フィヨードッ) - a long, narrow sea inlet created by a glacier, picked as a reference to singer Björk.

- Description: Fjord has long white hair that covers his eyes.
- Outfit: He wears a silver and blue parka with fur collar and no shirt underneath, black pants, white and blue boots, and blue and dark blue belt and suspenders.

Trivia[]
- It's a joke of PSS that Fjord strives to be more of a man! Because of his appearance and presumed personality, he's easily seen as a dumb shota. But in reality, all he wants to be is a ladies man!
- Apparently, Fjord wears no shirt underneath his coat...
- It's another joke that Fjord has crushes on both Michiyo and Chiyo, as those are the girls he lives with (metaphorically, because they are the only UTAU that PSS has at the moment). Thus, his "life" is 'like living in a dating sim' (which is another little thing Kitsunojo likes to imagine.. That Fjord plays lots of dating games. But not obsessively)
- Fjord's name is a reference to the singer Bjork- as that is how mx had chosen his given name. The fur trim is probably a reference to the swan dress.
- Despite popular theory, he is not Norwegian. [1]
- mx is not sure if Fjord has eyes, but personally draws them as orange. [2]
- His hair is not blue, but very very light gray. [3]
