A persecutor who took the form of a vampire, Eugene is aggressive, easy to piss off, and generally unpleasant to be around if he's upset in any way. However, when he's calm, he's usually just quiet and wanting to go about his day, often times hanging around Joshua if he's bored to play games with him, or sitting with Red to smoke with him. He can control himself if he happens to front in most cases and has decreased in his own impulsive tendencies. Just- not around Alberto.
