Navy Enpitsuka is a voicebank for the UTAU program.
Profile[]
Navy is a robot who transformed from a pencil case.
He is quiet, reserved, and respectful of others, but when he gets upset he is stubborn. He doesn't talk very much, so he uses a pencil and sticky notes to write on, however, he leaves a trail of sticky notes whenever he uses it.
When he gets overwhelmed, he starts to write frantically about what he is thinking so others would know what he is experiencing.
When he feels as if he did something wrong, he starts apologizing, even when there is no necessary need for an apology.
While generally shy, he talks to other people easily once he is comfortable enough.
Item: Pencil or a pad of sticky notes

- Likes: School, drawing, painting, math, books, reading

Voicebank details[]
The voice of the bank is made of an Utau render of the zipper of the pencil case, and also made with sounds of hitting or caressing the case. Zipper samples were put through Vocalizer and extra EQ in Audacity to make sure the samples are not messed up in Utau. Sounds of hitting/caressing the case were used as consonants and were stitched together with the zipper samples in Audacity to create sounds.
An English voicebank was made by taking the preexisting samples and splicing them through Audacity. All 5 preexisting vowel samples from Japanese were put through Filter EQ in Audacity to change formants and create other vowels, and preexisting consonants from Japanese were either reused or spliced to create a different one.

Voicebank Issues[]
In Japanese: Some syllables have popping noises on certain resamplers. Using other resamplers in OpenUtau can fix this, or using a plugin tht lets you pick different resamplers in classic UTAU may also fix this.
In English: Certain phrases or words created may be unintelligible, due to it being an artificial bank and using the C+V method. Samples may also sound wrong, since all other vowels and consonants were put together with EQ in Audacity.
