Chii Feirune (フェイル音チイ (ふぇいるねちい)) is a voicebank developed for the UTAU program.

Chii, Like her brother, is very happy and peppy, although she is somewhat bipolar, and can drastically change her attitude in a whim. Unlike her brother, she is extremely outgoing. She is someone who likes to stay positive most of the time but because of her bipolar-ism, it takes a while for her to be positive again once someone brings her mood down.
Etymology[]
- Name: Feirune (フェイル音) - Fail Sound. From the original concept of her being created only to fail. Chii (チイ) - from the voice providor's name.
- Others: C-01 - The first letter of TheChibiChii's name and -01. Meaning Chii's the 1st character to be voiced by TheChibiChii.[1]
