Americium is a nuclear physicist, or at least she was until she went critical. (That's what it tells us to say, it refuses to elaborate.) Now, alone in the abandoned facility, Ame is free to experiment as much as she wants, with no ethics or morals to stop her.

- Ame's original name was Hyde, short for formaldehyde. This was changed due to Mourning having too many funeral related characters already.
- Americium is a synthetic radioactive element, hence why she has a radioactive theme.[1]
- Ame's group name, METALloid, is a series of chemicals on the periodic table consisting of antimony, germanium, silicon, arsenic, tellurium, polonium, boron, and astatine.[2]
