Story and Background[]
Akeru X is a program created with the sole purpose of assisting their owners in the program "OpenUTAU". Akeru X was made by a programmer who deeply loved using UTAU, but never released any of his songs due to his lack of experience and knowledge which lead to less than desirable quality. Because of this, the programmer decided to make a program that would assist him in his creations, Akeru X. Their purpose was to allow users to more fluently tune songs, pitch-bend notes, Voice Colors, a phonetic assistant, convert lyrics from VCV to CV, and much more. However, UTAU was far too confusing and antiquated for the creator to implement Akeru X, so the project was shelfed.
However in 2021, a new program called "OpenUTAU" would come out to the public. With much excitement and a new found sense of motivation, the creator began to work tirelessly on Akeru X again. Unfortunately due to some unforeseen tragedy, their creator died and was never able to release them to the world. Despite this, Akeru X was not contempt with sitting in a file, unreleased to the world because of his untimely death.
Filled with a sense of dissatisfaction and motivation to continue his legacy, Akeru X was able to enter the code of OpenUTAU as a virus and forced an update to every users program, leading to them now living inside of every single copy of OpenUTAU. With a new-found purpose, their goal is to help anyone who needs their assistance in the hopes of a brighter future for Vocal Synth users everywhere.

Personality[]
Akeru X has a robotic personality in the sense of not really knowing much outside of OpenUTAU and programming. They are kind, determined, and very patient, especially with new users who are just starting off. Akeru is always willing to try new things and find new discoveries in order to aide their owners in whatever assistance they need.

- X - referring to an "exe file".

- Hair: Dark gray with hot pink and blue streaks, Short length.
- Headgear: A clip with OpenUTAU's symbol.
- Eye Color: Blue with white pupils.
- Character Item: Hot pink pen (has the ability to pitch bend.)
- Belt Loops: One pink belt with white buckle loops, and one blue belt with OpenUTAU's piano roll.
